Why should I join?: Aff Europe is built on a multimillion dollar affiliate platform. It has been designed specifically for the modern webmaster and has everything an affiliate needs to succeed in the gaming market. We offer our affiliates the experience, the technology and infrastructure they need to earn. Our internationally recognized brands have provided affiliate success for almost a decade.
Where do I get the latest updates and promotional material?: After logging into your account you will be able to access our wide range of marketing materials from our marketing tools system. From here you can easily access any marketing materials that you need. Regular updates will be available in the news feed. Should you have any difficulty accessing any materials please contact support@affeurope.com for assistance.
I don’t have a website. Can I still join?: Yes. We provide alternative web based marketing tools. We offer mailers in several languages as well as text links and content. Speak with your affiliate manager to fully discuss the options available to you.
Can I track all my websites with one account?: Yes. We can provide campaign tracking links for as many websites and campaigns you need. Also our tracking lets affiliates earn revenue share across all brands the player visits. So for example If your player initially visits Crown Europe and then your player visits City Club you earn revenue from both sites, not just the one they came through.
Can I open an account if I am a US based affiliate?: Yes. While our casinos do not accept players from the US (in accordance with US law) it is fully legal for affiliates based in the US to promote our brands to players in the lucrative European, Australian, Asian and South African markets. For a full list of excluded territories please refer to our Terms and Conditions.
Can I earn money from sub affiliates?: Yes you can. To receive your sub affiliate links contact your dedicated affiliate manager.
How long does it take to become an affiliate after I sign up?: You will be registered within 24 hours of application on weekdays and within 48 hours on weekends.
I am a current affiliate at Gaming Promo. How does the re-launch affect me?: Gaming Promo has been successfully merged with Aff Europe. As an existing member of the Gaming Promo affiliate program all of your account information and player statistics have been seamlessly integrated into the new Aff Europe database during the merger process. To discuss how this change affects you please contact your affiliate manager or email support@affeurope.com
Are there any registration fees or other hidden costs associated with joining the program?: It is completely free to sign up, register your account and use the promotional material we provide.

How can I see how much I’m earning?: We provide you with live statistics 24/7. When you login to your account you will be able to see all of your commission information. From here you will be able to accurately track all of your players' activities, statistics and your earnings.
What information is on the statistics page?: The statistics page contains a detailed breakdown of your traffic statistics and your earnings in an easily accessible format giving you all the information you need to grow your campaigns and revenue with us.
What are the available commission types?: Aff Europe has devised a ‘3 Plan Affiliate Commission Scheme’. You can choose between Revenue Share, Cost per Acquisition (CPA) or take the best from both worlds with our Hybrid deal. For more information go to our Revenue page or contact your dedicated affiliate manager to find the best option for you.
Which Aff Europe commission scheme is best for my website?: Choosing Revenue Share means you will receive a high guaranteed percentage of your player’s net gaming over their lifetime. One major advantage of our revenue share plan is that it is not restricted to just one of our clients but applies across the board. So, for example, if the player starts playing at Crown Europe and then visits City Club you earn revenue share from their gaming on both these sites.

Cost Per Acquisition means you receive a sizeable guaranteed payment for every depositing player you bring. It doesn’t matter if the player wins or loses; you receive the payment either way.

The Hybrid option is there for affiliates who want to see an instant return of CPA but balance that with the guaranteed income from players on revenue share. For more information go to our Revenue page or contact your dedicated affiliate manager to discuss the best option for you.
Is it possible for me to lose money in the Aff Europe affiliate program?: Aff Europe has structured its program so that it is not possible for an affiliate to lose money from their account. We only give you the option to earn and cancel out any debts incurred an affiliate accounts.

I am having problems logging in. What should I do?: Firstly check if you are sure your username and password are correct. Then make sure your browser is set to accept cookies by going to Tools, then Options, then Privacy and set your browser to accept all cookies. Also make sure that javascript is turned on and is not blocked by any ad-block software. If the problem persists please email us at support@affeurope.com

How do I change my account information?: To change your account information first login to your account. Then click on the Modify Account link near the top of the page. Enter your new information and click on update info to submit changes.
Why I am not receiving emails from Aff Europe?: Aff Europe email affiliates across several email providers which can occasionally result in an email going astray. If you are not receiving our emails please kindly refer to you junk or spam mail folders. If you cannot find correspondence from Aff Europe there then please contact support for assistance at support@affeurope.com

How and when do I get paid?: We send out payments on the 12th business day following the end of the month. Aff Europe currently has 4 payment methods: Bank Draft, Wire Transfer, NETELLER and MoneyBookers.
How do I track my earnings?: We provide you with active statistics 24/7. When you login to your account you will be able to accurately track your earnings in a detailed and easily accessible format.
Is there a minimum amount I need to earn in order to get paid?: Yes - U.S. $100. Aff Europe pay affiliates all amounts due for the month within 12 business days following the end of month. Commission balances that are less than $100 are stored until the balance meets the minimum amount.
